With the right support, young people can transform their lives

Growing up is a challenge for everyone, but for some it is more difficult than others. We work with charities that provide practical and emotional support so that young people can enter adulthood with the confidence they need to achieve their full potential. Additionally we work charities that support local councils and homeless young people.

Community Clean gives jobs to young local disadvantaged people that are disadvantaged, come from low social economic backgrounds, vulnerable to gang grooming and reduced outcomes. Importantly the young people we support are part of a programme where they receive:

1. Mentoring

2. Soft skills workshops (teamwork, confidence, communication, problem solving conflict resolution etc)

3. Work Experience

It takes 5 generations for a family from a low social economic background to receive the average household income (OECD). Additionally COVID-19 has meant a massive increase in unemployment which is set to affect young people the most. We plan to support these young people by providing them with local jobs and helping charities that assist young people in achieving meaningful employment.
